So good selection but used to be much better. Not sure what changed. Anyway pet supply is next door and food trucks next to that, and beer.

I don't like this place. Every time I go in to buy one specific item, I come out with that item, plus more starts for my garden, plus knick knacks for my yard, plus tools for future chores. Excellent selection, friendly staff, convenient location. What's not to like?

They have some great plants and very helpful associates. I think their pricing is very fair. It was my first time here and I am planning my next visit

Chain nursery with local flair. An extremely helpful young woman discussed the plants and the local weather. She went above and beyond anything we ask of her. Being Easter there were not a lot of people here, she very gracious. She is well deserving of a raise and promotion. Good job.

Horrible customer service. I spend more than $1000 every year at Gray’s. I bought two hanging flower baskets and paid close to $100 for them. One of the flower baskets died couple days later despite me taking good care of it. I went to explain the situation to them and requested if I can exchange for a different flower basket. They flat out refused to even look at the flower basket and said that there is no guarantee on it. It is funny that they have a return policy that they attach to their sales receipts that says that they guarantee a plant for a year but I guess it means nothing. Wont be shopping here again. Beware when purchasing anything from them.
